4.2 miles on Union trails
~15 minutes rest
20 minute AMRAP
3 person teams
5 hill sprints
10 DB squat clean thrusters
20 sit-ups
*alternate full movements
~10 minutes rest
Run again on campus

Score is number of complete rounds all members did plus sprints in partial round.

    Heat index was 104 when we did this, just saying

    14:35 pace on 4.2, walked with Brittany parts of last 2 miles

    Partnered with Julanne and Kim

    Ran .8 miles around campus just to make a full 5 miles (not counting all the stupid hill sprints)

    4.2 mile trail run (felt good)
    WOD w/Tanya & ML (hit a wall around round 2-3!)
    4+5 sprints, 15#
    Then another 1.5 miles around campus–very slow
    It was pretty brutal–I did not hydrate good enough.

    It was hot. We ran. I survived. We did a WOD. I survived. There was a doughnut. Oh yea, it was hot.

    I’m not sure if any of us kept up with rounds but I want to say we did 4+4 runs.. Maybe? I started on cleans finished those and started on sprints. With Megan and Brittany

    Ditto to all of the above ! It was hot !
    On the plus side I have recovered quicker from this sun faster then past sun !
