10 Back Squats w 3 second descent
Rest 30 seconds
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows/arm
Rest 30 seconds
10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
Rest 30 seconds
10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Rest 2 minutes

    A.M. PT: 10 sets of 100m sprints into 4 sets of 200m sprints into 2 sets of 400m sprints. All w/ around a min or so of rest in between.

    It was written as 5 by 5 LBBS, I did 3 by 5 again @ 255
    Metcon w/ a partner:
    10 rounds of 7 DLs @ 255
    2 min rest
    8 rounds of 10 T2Bs
    2 min rest
    6 rounds of 20 cal row
    Total time: 17:18
