It’s time to sign up for the Spartan Race if you haven’t already!!! We’re only 5 runners away from having the largest team signed up!

Strength/Skill

20 minutes to complete 4 sets of:
5 Push Press
3-5 Strict Weighted Pull-Ups

Metcon

600 Meter Partnered Farmer’s Carry
Teams of 2 must move as much weight as possible 600 meters in a farmer’s carry. Every time the weight touches the ground or partners change roles (from working to resting), each partner must perform 5 burpees upon returning to the gym.

    C&J work: 95/135 twice / 165 / 185 / 205 / 235 failed 3 times it would’ve tied a PR, but my goal today was to hit something over 200 solid since I’ve been gone so long. Probably should’ve hit 215/225, but 205 felt good and I thought I would just go for it.

    Strength- PP started at 95# and worked up to 145# weighted pull ups completed with varied weights and 3 reps each time.

    Metcon- 430 72# kb with JD 10:23 with 6 drops and 50 ghd situps after wod

    530 35# kb with Gracie 7:something don’t really remember since Gracie did all the work. With 2 drops
