    No crossfit for 1/2 month; took off last week, backpacking trip to CO week B4, off 1/2 week B4 that.

    Was able to complete another hand stand negative down. Feeling a lot more comfy with them

    AM PT release run = 3.5 miles at a moderate pace.

    LBBS 5 by 5 @ 275 Across Superset w/
    Bench Press 5 by 5 @ 190 which felt a lot better than I thought it would
    Metcon 4 RFT:
    15/12 Cal row
    12 Thrusters 95/65
    9 T2Bs
    Total time 9:45, everything but the last 4 T2Bs unbroken.
    Then I took some lifting work from Comp Train
    Snatched EMOM 1 rep
    1-3 @ 75% = 145 all good
    4-6 @ 80% = 155 all good
    7-9 @ 85% = 165 all good
    10-12 @ 90% = 175 2 fails and a good lift
    13 @ 85% = 165 good
    The work up to a heavy 2 high hang squat clean + 1 jerk: 95/115/135/155/185/205 failed the jerk.

    Dubs were not unbroken and felt funny during the round of 50
    Sit-ups unbroken

    May try this again this week

    Rope broke my first attempt on first set and started over . Have been stuck on this kick of doing all double unders in set and messing up on last rep did this on 50 and 40
