    Part 1 – 7 + 5 regular PUs
    Part 2 – 4 + 3 – 20″ box, ring dips are my goat – toe assist on about half

    No split jerk work for me. Biked 2 miles + 50 sit ups during the strength time.

    10 min to find a Push Press 1RM: 95/115/135/155/185/205/225 F/220 F/220 Solid PR!
    10 min to find a Front Squat 1RM: 135/185/225/255/275/295 saw stars on the lift off and re-racked it and called it. It would’ve been 10lbs under a previous 1RM anyway.
    10 min to find a High hang (pockets) Squat Snatch w/out dropping the chest: 95/115/135/145 PR!/150 F
    15 min assault bike w/ 5 :20 sec sprints throughout @ minutes 1/3/5/7/9

    2: 4 rounds + 6 +4 (tried to do strict push-ups, jumped over a bench for most of the jump-overs; the box was a little wide for me tonight)

    172 failed 3 times need to fix some things Jennie helped me with today
    But feeling comfortable with heavier weights now so good practice !

    6+1 c2b / 3 rds with ring dips and only one rd jump overs back is feeling better last two days but after first Rd jumping over and landing could tell it was getting tired so switched to step overs

    Strength: 75-95# worked light on form. shoulder mobility problems.

    Metcon: 9 + 3 ( pull ups ) / 6 +1 ( 24# rolled up mat jump over)
