WOD

In teams of 3, complete 5 rounds each for time of:
Row 500 Meters
25 Goblet Squats or Double-Kettlebell Front Squats
5 Wall Climbs
Each team member will start at a different station and may not rotate to the next station until all team members have completed their reps/row. Use as much weight as possible on the squats, but aim to finish in 90-120 seconds.

    1.) AM PT: 2 min a each station w/ a 2 min rest after the sled drag all distances were 50 ft. I think.
    1st sled drag w/ 2 45’s on it/rest/KB swings @ 53/Farmers carry @ 70’s/prowler push w/ 2 45’s on it.
    @ CrossFit FXT:
    2.) 5 by 5 LBBS @ 280 Across
    3.) Karen: 7:42 1st 47 UB then mostly sets of 15. I think that’s a 1st for me @ least I don’t have any record of doing yet, so I don’t know if that’s a good time but it can be better.
    4.) Metcon (Time)
    For Time:
    200 DUBs
    100 Situps
    6 min cap. Note reps if over cap = 264 reps, my pants almost fell down @ DU 19 and I had to re-learn how to tie my shorts.
    5.) Snatch work from Comp Train
    EMOMx10: 1 Squat Snatch from Low Hang (below knees), climbing = 95/105/115/125/135/145/155/165 F/165 F/160 F brush it off and move on
    6.) Snatch Skills from Comp Train
    A. 3×2 Snatch Grip Push Press from behind neck = 155, Across
    B. 10×1 Pause OHS – 10 second hold at rock bottom = 95/95/115/115/135/135/145/145/155/155
