    1.) Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
    12 Min AMRAP w/ Partner
    200m DBL Farmers Walk +25= 2 95lb barbells/10
    30 Tire Flips
    40 Sledge Hammers. this was the 3rd WOD for my partner and I. We completed 1 full round + 30 flips
    2.) Olympic Lifting Total w/ partner 15 min to find. This was our 2nd WOD
    Snatch (1 Rep Max) I got 175. Partner got 195
    Clean and Jerk (1 Rep Max) I got 205 and saw stars after standing up w/ 225. Partner got 245
    Event Score is total weight lifted/total team body weight. Weight lifted 820 body weight 410
    3.) Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds) 18 rounds + 2 This was our 1st WOD
    Gymnastsy Team Relay
    10 min AMRAP
    2 Strict 1″ deficit HSPU
    2 Muscle-Up
    @ My house w/ my neighbor
    3 Rounds For Fun:
    15 KB swings 53/35
    14 KB Squat Snatches 53/35
    13 Goblet Squats 53/35
    400mish run
    I encourage y’all (if you’re not already) to pick a WOD and do it without any concern for time. Do it just for the enjoyment, it reminds you to keep having fun w/ it, every once in a while it’s good.
