    Squat cleans: worked up to a double at 195#. Skipped two rounds in 2nd half to add rest time for heavier lifts.

    Felt some stronger, more speed on the bar today. Now need to clean up my footwork in the catch. Actually would have liked to keep going maybe on the 2 min. That never happens to me on clean day. Small victories.

    35# about 1/2 American swing, 1/2 competition swing. Vertical & elbows straight at top
    Finished b/w 35-39 sec each rd

    Gah!!!! Got frustrated and almost rage quit today. Form just wasn’t there. I hit 185×2 in the last minute but almost everything before that was a total sh*t show.

    Metcon: RX w/ 53# rounds 1-6 and round 12. 7-11 was 5 and 5.

    Metcon- 120/45# had about 20-25 seconds of rest all rounds

    Lucas are those footsteps getting any louder?
