      Also, 6 sets of :15 L-sit holds every 90 sec. feet still aren’t quite parallel the whole time but getting better.

    Theeeennnn… Made it to 6:30 class for the metcon 6:06 rx. My arms were gone. All rounds unbroken just slow. I had to check my bar on the first round because it felt like I had too much weight on one side. I didn’t. Just no arms to lift it
