With a continuous running clock, perform the following AFAP:
0:00 – 1000 Meter Row
5:00 – 50 Burpees
10:00 – 30 Strict Pull-Ups
15:00 – 50 Wall Ball Shots
20:00 – 30 Box Jump Overs
25:00 – 800 Meter Run

    1.) Metcon (Time) I finished it in 3:16 giving me 3rd in this event
    Couplet
    3-6-9-12 for time (8min cap)
    Power Cleans and Burpee to a 45# plate (two feet jump and land)
    RX-135/95 Scaled/Masters- Power Clean 95/65, regular Burpee
    Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
    2.) 8 min AMRAP I got 86 pull ups giving me 2nd in this event behind 2 reps
    50 WallBall 20/14 unbroken w/ 2 no-reps
    30 DB Snatch 40/30 15 right arm then 15 left
    Max Pull up
    Scaled/Masters
    WB=14/10
    Snatch=30/20
    PU = Ring Rows from parallel
    3.) Metcon (AMRAP – Reps) I got 25 into the Box Jumps @ the cap giving me 4th in this event. DUs were sketchy.

    50 Box Jump 30/24
    Scaled/Masters

    Overall I tied for 2nd place

    3-4 mi on road ~9min/mi-ish pace
    Then a little on the trail…maybe 30-40 min
