    (Did PC then squat on first round, just PC the other rounds. Burpees were hard on my rib. Jumped the barbell first 8 reps, then stepped- jumping was a bad choice. But it felt good to be moving again!)

      After WOD brain was gone, I realized I think I did only 5 burpees. At least on the last round… I guess i had the number 5 in my head… So not really sure of my score now. Possibly 4+5+5 but not sure bout that… I need to redo that one.

    Strength- got 215#pr in the 430 class then tried 225# about 15 more times and finally got it which was a 20# pr!!!

    1.) Push Jerk (Build to 1RM (15 min)) 95/135/155/185/205/225 PR!/235 failed twice, but the 3rd time was solid = 30 lb PR! from last noted PJ 1RM
    2.) Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
    AMRAP 20 min
    30/25 Cal Row
    12 Pistols
    8 Ring Dips
    6 rounds + 16 cal Rx’d = 316 reps in my nano’s
    3.) Midline Accessory Work
    3 Supersets of:
    20 Weighted abmat Sit ups – feet anchored, you choose the weight. I used a 30lb slam ball
    30 Hip Extensions all unbroken
    Supersets are not for time, but there is shouldn’t be extra rest between movements. Rest 2-3 mins after each round. I rested about 2 min ea. time.
