      Thrusters: 10/7/4/4 – 10/8/7 – counted to 5 and picked the bar back up.
      T2B: mostly singles in sets of 5 without letting go of bar for all 50. A few sets of 2 or three UB. This was the toughest part for me. Just tried to keep going without taking breaks.
      Double unders: 1/1/48/30/20

    T2B were all singles but moved through them a lot quicker than trying to string them together.
    No strength -had to be at work early.

    This was a tough one !

    Did 100 DU (meh, probably more like 85-90, the remaining being attempts). I was doing double, single so I also did at least 100 single unders. Needless to say I’m going to work on stringing those jokers together 😂

    4 rounds + 40 w/out a warm-up. I was late because I had to replace my water pump.
