Metcon

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete:
100 Burpees
100 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
100 Box Jump Overs
Teammates may partition reps however they’d like, but the non-working partner must be in the designated resting position in order for the reps to count towards their total. Designated resting positions:
Burpees – Dumbbells extended overhead
Dumbbell Ground to Overhead – Hanging from a Pull-Up Bar
Box Jump Overs – Plank from Elbows

    We rotated between 15# and 8# dumbbells for the overhead holds. Broke everything up in sets of 10.
    15# G2OH – I did all snatches. Michelle did C&J.
    BJO – I did 20″. Michelle jumped over the bench.

    Mostly trails, little bit of road. I’m blaming us being a little slow on the thousands of spider webs we ran through even though Kim had a stick swatting them out of the way the whole time! Thanks for saving my life, Kim!

      Thanks for working with me!

      Smoked my lats and shoulders much worse than expected. Did a hybrid swing/snatch on G2O. Hung from rings instead of bar. On and over on box.
