15 minutes to complete 8 sets of:
Snatch x 1.1.1
*Rest up to 10 seconds between singles

Metcon

In teams of two, partners alternate complete sets to complete 5 sets each of:
5 Overhead Squats*
15 Kettlebell Swings (72/53)
30 Double Unders
*Choose a weight that will challenge you, but that you can complete the 5 reps unbroken. If no partner, rest equal to work periods between each round.

    Subbed Front Squats for OHS @ 70# – all unbroken
    I used a 40# KB – all swings unbroken
    At least three rounds of dubs unbroken. I think I broke the other two rounds one time.

    Did every rep x3 as a squat snatch
    63/73/78/83/88/93/98/103
    Failed on 3 I think one started off weird other two got under it with bar to forward
    These felt smoother see improvement

    With Gracie you go girl! Had to get out of there quick did 63# OHS and 35# kbs

    First time snatching in 4 months, just played with 55#/65# felt good, this kind of OH position still stings a little in the wrists

    Doing DU/SU/DU/SU is killing me. So 30 DUs each time with at least 30 SUs, too.
