    Strict Press: 55/65/75 – not sure if this is a pr or not – can’t find the last 1rm

    Rx’d cleans – Woohoo! Don’t think I’ve ever rx’d cleans in a workout. May have before baby, but can’t remember. For sure my first time since baby! All unbroken.
    Made sure my knees didn’t touch on the HRPU, but felt like my form was terrible on them today.

    Best effort on hrpu but only having 10mins to work didn’t spend extra effort on them.
    At 5:30pm ran 5miles 48:52- @9:41 pace
