    EMOM: 3450#…115# all 15. Actually didn’t die and my toe is much better. Just feet cramping really bad from jumps so didn’t do all jumps. Lots of stepping over the bar. Probably should have done 120# or 125# but I wasn’t sure….

    went back to look at weight/time on this saw my post that night didn’t go through.
    Don’t remember times..BUT!
    in METCON…did the 6 burpee over BB’s every round…didn’t realize score was off of PC’s.
    Stupid move.
