10 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (Can alternate arms each rep or each round, just split work evenly)
5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
5 Toes to Bar
Rest 3 minutes.

    A: Metcon (Time) 5:17 Rx’d for me but my partner was doing DLs @ 185 instead of squats
    2 Person Teams
    Descending reps for time:
    20 down to 0 even numbers descending:
    Front Squats 135/95
    -while one partner moves the other holds a 45/25 plate overhead. Plate dropped from overhead = other partner stops squatting. WORK TOGETHER scale as needed. Work can be allotted however you choose.
    B: Metcon (Time) 7:39 Rx’d. this WOD was poorly presented

    *200m penalty lap everytime you come off the bar.

    I was going to do a 30 min run this afternoon, but it looks like I might be getting in on a volleyball game.

    Run after w/Megan, ML & A. I only ran a mile and a half. Was too dehydrated after wod. Walked remaining mile and a half.
