Partner WOD

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time*, complete:
100 Kettlebell Swings
400 Meter Run
100 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
400 Meter Run
100 Goblet Squats
400 Meter Run
100 Burpees
*Teammates will perform the 400 Meter Runs together and must stay within arms reach.

    15 bench press @ 115#
    15 skull crushers 30#/20# DB
    15 push-ups banded/unbanded
    A couple other tricep movements as well thrown in.

    We did (2) 800 meter runs then last run a 400

    3.02 in 31:59 – this beach humidity is no joke. Ran the first mile and a half then waked a lot the second 1.5 miles. Ew.
