    TTB were mainly knee raises, some knees to elbows
    Wall kicks – worked on hitting the wall quite a bit higher, well above the first cinderblock. – it makes a big difference in going up higher.

    DUs!!!!! I was stringing them together tonight, the most I got in a row was 14 which is awesome since just one and a half weeks ago I was stuck on single-double. I felt like a human pogo stick tonight. And it was awesome.
