    Flight simulator –
    Just for fun, I started with “squat simulator” @75# and made it through 5/10/15/20 before I realized it would likely kill me. Switched to DU’s and made it through 5/10/15/20 and multiple attempts at 25.

    I cheated on several of the ring dips- did not going low enough or extend completely.
    DUs…just did what I could. I got up to 38 unbroken

    Flight Simulator: 14:33 only broke on the first round of 40 (35/5) and the second round of 45 (28/17)
    Huge PR from January of 2014 – 36:05, but I did that one until I got every round unbroken.

    Then I worked up to a 3 rep heavy Snatch Grip DL and ran out of weights to put on the bar somewhere around 315.
