    Metcon: Either 20:43 or 24:03?? – I sucked terribly regardless. Not sure if Utah stole all of my strength or what, but I’m feeling extremely slow and weak this week.

    315 is previous PR but depth gauge today was ass to ankles.

    Metcon: 15:43 rx’d
    Drop reset pull pace with clean and jerk. Stayed on the bar consistently for 30/20/10.
    Runs were slow.

    Raced to a photo finished with Wilks. Great push!
