In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete the following:
200 Wall Ball Shots
600 Meter Overhead Carry (45/25 lb plate)
200 Push-Ups
600 Meter Overhead Carry (45/25 lb plate)
During carry, you must perform 3 burpees* each every time you switch the partner carrying the load.
*Burpees may be completed once you return to the gym.

    With Matt Z 26:47. I was Rx, he used my 25# plate, but that was hard enough!

    Push ups broke down to roll up/plank down
    21 burpees each time

    200 WB by 10’s
    4 hand offs on the 600m (12 burpees)
    200 PU by 5’s
    10 hand offs on the 600m (30 burpees)
    25:50 rx’d weights but PU’s got ALJ towards the end.
