    CrossFit family – I completed my first half Marathon Sunday, the TN Rhythm Run, held in Jackson. I was able to run it (not walk). Was awarded Grand Masters Champion in the male division (I beat the other guy in this category, mainly because he walked it 🙂 ).

    Thanks to CrossFit Jackson and the awesome coaches for the Zombies – Tanya and Kim.
    Three years of CrossFit in my 50’s has inspired me to complete a four mile Obstacle Race, a 10k, summit a 14,000+ peak in CO, and now run a half Marathon!
