    Metcon in gymnastics parking lot using a round light pole that was totally not even straight as wall ball target. I was also doing both WB and burpees on a slanted surface. So much fun. Lost my ball off the side of the pole twice. Anyway, it’s done.

    Strength: Worked up to 85#. (tried 90×1 half-heartedly and failed) All hang snatches were HPS and all the snatches were squat snatches except I had to HSS the 85# (I’m not real sure why I did it this way.) I also PS’d the 85# just to see if I could.

    Only 4 reps on the snatch complex. Shoulder was barking. Worked up to 155#

    Burpees were slow today.

    For strength I simply worked on my form for the snatches. Got some shoulder mobility limitations that will hopefully work themselves out over time.

    Metcon: 5 rounds + 12 wall balls + 6 burpees @ 10#
