    I got 22 into the set of 60 push-ups so 472 reps total, the push-ups got me bad.

    Strength only. My shoulders, lats, back, pecs, triceps… ok, my upper body is really sore. Didn’t push much.
    Got 155, failed at 160 twice. Video shows I missed extension both times so I worked agressive extension at 130. Video’d well.
