In teams of two, alternating each movement, complete ten rounds of:
10 Dumbbell Hang “Clusters” –> hang squat clean thruster
10 Burpees
Run 300 Meters
(Partner A performs 10 hang “Clusters”; Partner B performs 10 burpees; Partner A runs 300 Meters; Partner B performs 10 hang “Clusters”)

    .) Metcon (Time) My partner & I did it in 3:11 seconds w/out rowing.
    For Time: (15 min cap)
    Partner A: 50 WallBalls 20/14
    Partner B: 12/15 Cal Row each time WallBall drops or stops
    then
    Partner B: 50 WallBalls 20/14
    Partner A: 12/15 Cal Row each time WallBall drops or stops
    1.) Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps) they do this Rx & Rx+ stuff due to WODIFY I guess, but my partner and I completed 13 rounds + 4 reps. I used 135 and my partner used 115. I kept everything unbroken except one set of S2OH.
    AMRAP 15 (partner relay)
    8 Cleans 115/75
    7 Shoulder to OH
    6 Burpee over Bar
    RX+ 135/95
