5 Deadlifts @ 75-80% (1 rep max Sept 16)
10 Tall Box Jumps (Compare to Tall Jumps on July 24)

    Strength: focused on form, started with 55# but progressed up to 95# by the end (providing I remember correctly that the slightly smaller bars are 35#).

    Metcon: 4 rounds even. Scaled down to 7 power cleans @ 55#, 10 plain burpees, and 7 horizontal ring rows.
