    @ home
    3 sets of 3 snatch pulls @ roughly 60%, I used 125
    3 sets of 3 high hang (pockets) squat snatches @ roughly 65%, I used 135
    3 sets of 3 low hang (above the knees) squat snatches @ roughly 70%, 1 used 145
    12 min to work up to a heavy “perfect” 1 rep squat snatch: 145/165 twice/185 pretty solid with a slight arm bend on the right side 1st attempt then I failed it twice.

    Didn’t make it to the gym today but did a parking lot wod during football. Same format, did 30 seconds sprints on odd minutes and 30# DB snatches on even minutes. First 5 rounds did 5 snatches per arm, last 5 rounds did 6 per arm. Distance added to 1176 meters total.
