    Only did strength as I wanted to make sure I could do legless rope climbs at spartan tomorrow if necessary and anything else I need to do to kick it’s ass.

    95/115/125/135/145/152Fx2/150 PR

    Struggled to get right arm extended on 152, bicep felt crampy. Still feeling good right now overall so I’m running with it.

    Previous pr was 142 or 143 at Diane Fu seminar. Haven’t hit it again since then.

    255# attempt failed the jerk, caught it and tried it again for fail x2.

    Elbow issue flared on the last 3 lifts so I did Isabell (30 snatch) to cut out the elbow extension and flexion.

    Worked up to 155# with no fails then got under #160 literally 4 times smooth but got stuck in the bottom every time 😡 I know I could have jerked it if I could get up ! Oh well next time still a connected 10# pr

    Did not PR my C&J today. My max clean is 170 and my max jerk is 185 and I could only stand up 165 today so… Wah, wah. Oh well!

    Grace: 3:11 Rx, last time I did this was in 2013 and I did 3:53, so 3:11 is pretty disappointing. Tried stringing together too many at the beginning and wore myself out. I’ll chalk it up to a learning/training day!
