Back Squat

20 minutes to complete:
Set 1 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
Set 2 – 2 reps @ 80-85%
Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
Set 4 – 3 reps @ 80-85%
Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85-90%
Set 6 – 1 rep @ 90-95%

Metcon

    185×3,200×2,210×1,200×3,210×2,225×1,245x1pr max. I tried to do 275 with my partner and it was too much, I believe I could have done 255 so maybe next time try it. 5 rounds 35# kbs,20#wb I was a little weak on wb, I think I could have done 40#kbs

    Squats = Only worked up to 105# (This was definitely not enough weight)

    6 rounds + (I can’t remember how many Laying T2B I got – somewhere b/w 1 & 5 reps)
    T2B – First 2 rds were hanging. My hands were killing me so went to laying for remaining rounds.

    35# KBS all unbroken
