2015 November 14 WOD

In teams of three, alternate to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Goblet Carry Alternating Reverse Lunges
10 Burpees

Each team will get three stations – one work and two “rest.” While A completes a round of work, B is resting in the plank position, C is resting from the hang position on a pull-up bar. Worker goes to Hang, Hanger goes to Plank, Planker goes to Work. Rotate full rounds. Worker must stop working if either Rester cannot hold their position.

    1.) 3 by 5 Squat Snatches dropping from the top ea. rep = 155
    2.) Partner 800m farmers carry w/ 53lb KB
    Then straight into 3 sets of max rep T2Bs: 20/11/12
    3.) 1 mi. run = rest, 800m run = rest, 400m run = rest
    4.) 6 rounds of a 1 min. AMRAP and :30 rest picking up where you left off
    6 Thrusters (135/95)
    3 Bar MUs
    I got 6 rounds + 6 thrusters
