    Before 430 alone
    (34) 2+4 with 95# split snatch
    (55) 1+10+15 rx – cleans unbroken but pull ups were an extreme struggle today
    (45) 1+5 rx – spent 1:20 of this 4:00 laying over the railing out back gagging…maybe too much lunch or too late lunch or just a hard WOD but I was feeling really bad from minute 2 on.

    Shoulder PT with Derek tonight.

    My new box did the same workout today. Must be fate telling me I’ve found the right box.

    But anyway..the workout sucked. Or maybe I just sucked.

    1: 5 HSS (i did snatch then OH squat, 35lbs)
    10 burpee OTBB
    2: 10 PC 63lb
    20 RR’s
    3: 15 BJ to 18″ then step overs
    30 WB 10lb
    ….didn’t have a good plan on this one. Not pleased with choice of weight. Should’ve omitted OH squat & do heavier snatch. Then just add from there on PC’s….maybe next time.
