8 sets of 3 Position Snatch (High Hang, Hang, Full)
Compare to October 6 when we did the Hang + Full or April 23 when we did 3 position.

8 Deadlifts (225/155)
8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Alternate complete rounds.

    10+ reps at 65 after to feel my positions

    Partnered with the awesome April and we killed it
    10+5 (5 rounds each plus I pulled 5 DL before time was up)
    10 minutes

    Used a 22.5 bar to learn form, then a 33 to practice

    Metcon- partnered with Alan (Thanks, man, I wouldn’t have been able to finish without your encouragement and help! I felt like I was gonna die about midway through.)
    DL 95 lbs, started with an Rx box, but had to go down!
    5 rds for me, 5 for Alan!

    65/95/105; started focus on skill so backed off to 95×3 then 100×2
    METCON with Matt Z
    225#DL 10rnds+8
    I had to back off from jump overs to step on last 2 rnds and last DL set was 175#.

    My first rd of deadlifts were 155#, then went down to 145#
