In teams of two, with only one teammate working at a time, complete the following AFAP:
1200 Meter Run or Row
100 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
200 Squats
100 Burpees
1200 Meter Run or Row

    30d shoulder rest done.
    Added back cleans & burpees for a little test today!!
    Holding off on overhead awhile longer.
    Focused on good shoulder positioning.

    1st WOD:
    100m Jerry can carry
    100 135lb front rack walking lunge
    100m Jerry can carry
    100 burpee box jumps
    100m Jerry can carry
    100 KB swings @ 73
    100m Jerry can carry
    Total time: 17:01 = 3rd
    2nd WOD:
    20 DU
    Hang snatch + OHS
    Going every minute w/ a 10 sec transition
    Weights= 135/155/185/195/205/215/225
    I hit 195 and my partner hit 185
    3rd WOD:
    2 min 500lb tire flip for maximum distance. Total distance = 244 ft
    4th WOD:
    8 min AMRAP
    2-4-6-8-10….. etc.
    155 hang clean + S2OH
    Bar MU
    We got through 12 HCS2OHs + 10 bar MUs
    5th WOD for top 3 teams
    1000m row
    150 WBs @ 25lbs
    Overall we took 2nd and got some cool stuff.

    We rowed and each had our own rower. I used 25# DB for the ground to overheads; got pretty shaky towards the end.
