300 meter Farmer’s Carry (heavy, swap as needed)
100 Wall Balls
300 meter Farmer’s Carry
100 Burpee Box Jumps
300 meter Farmer’s Carry

    Pull ups- ml broken in groups of 10 then 5, Sam sit ups groups of 20 (injured lats)
    Farmers carry- #53 broken evenly
    Bbox jumps- Sam did 24″ in groups of 10, then 5, ml did 20″
    Wall balls- Sam did #20 ml did #14 broken in groups of 10

    Not sure of our time 23:? 25:? work pretty evenly split, I may have done a few more pull-ups, she probably did more wall-balls, 20# ball.

    tried to work on MU’s after, shoulders/traps/lats tiiiight so just worked snatches up to 133

    I’m super sore today…
