    Metcon: 16:13 – 72# KBS all unbroken – I finished workout in 14:03 but my last 20 burpees were more like 1/4 burpees, sacrificing full extension for speed to race DJ. Redid last 20 burpees. Fun workout.

    Obviously I still completely suck at burpees

    But, this was a 3:24 pr so I guess I should just be thankful for that!
