No yoga today. There will be yoga next week and the day after Christmas.

Teams of 3, AMRAP 30
-Station 1-
10 Box Jumps
5 Pull-Ups
-Station 2-
10 Burpees
5 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
-Station 3-
300 Meter Run w/Med Ball

**Rotate after the running partner returns. Record total rounds and reps per station.

    Post WOD worked in DUs and snatch lift for 30 minutes.

    12+1. G2o #25db (except last RD, I did #15 on R-shoulder hurt)
    13+ 1/2. Run with #15
