    DU- uhh…I fought the rope the whole time. I ranged from 20-40 each round
    HSPU were kipping mostly. The last round I could only get 8. All other rounds were unbroken and completed.

      Correction: 205# matches my 5RM – I just looked back and saw we did it about a month ago. For some reason I thought that was a 3rm. Either way, shoulders felt strong today!
