    Power Snatch: 105# – highest since shoulder/ scapula issues developed last year, long slow recovery, but feeling better and getting there.

    MetCon – 10:54? @ 95#; stepped over bar for burpees, ran 600m

    Post – 60 sit-ups as: 25/15/10/10

    Weight: below 200# (at long last); a goal set when I started Cross Fit over 3 years ago…

    Strength: Worked up to 75# – not a pr – shoulders were not having it today

    Metcon: 9:14 w/85# (Lucas tried to shaft me a minute on the board!)

    *started off at 185 but stripped off the 25s in an attempt not to die.

    Strength: worked up to #115; attempted #125 but wouldn’t drop under the bar.. next time need to work on starting with my elbows out so that I pull the bar up and not back.
    Metcon: 9: ??. Just under 10 min. snotty during the burpees. eww.

    1RM snatch: 135/155/185/195/210fffffff – prior PR was 205 – 195 felt so good – 210 was over head and locked out on all 7 attempts but either fell forward or behind me.

    Metcon: 9:01 Rx – all push jerks unbroken – clean singles.

    Deadlift: 275×5 – 315×3 – 365×4

    Got it on first try, it was heavy but I feel like I could have got a couple more pounds MAYBE…ran out of time
