    I got through 195 + 35 DUs w/ 3 sec to put 15 on.
    @ CrossFit Mama’s house
    1.) 3×5 front rack sotts press: 45/65/95 = nasty
    2.) Work up to a heavy double OHS pulling from the floor: 95/115/135/155/175/185/195
    3.) Work up to a heavy snatch grip DL: started @ 135 & went up by 10s to 275.

    Busted my chin on 2nd rep of metcon. Wasted ~20 seconds recovering. Was dizzy/throbbing the whole 1st run and spent some time in restroom before 2nd round checking it out in the mirror. Anyway, could have been faster.
