    #135 attempts 2 times and failed and then got #125 (1rm!!!)

    Started at 185 PC and 35″ box – after 6 rounds I realized I had bitten off more than I could chew, dropped to 165 PC and 30″ box for last 4 rounds. That’s a fun, nasty little WOD.

    C&J – 205# (PR!) – attempted and got the clean but failed the jerk

    105#, 24″ jumps, push-ups-b/w rx & roll up–squeezing as tight as I can in bottom position but thighs still brush ground

    Worked up to 125# SC & SJ. Not a PR but most I’ve been able to get in awhile

    9 push ups from knees…able to do 7-8 UB without rolling. Working on this!!

    Strength: PC + jerk, worked up to 88lbs. Wasn’t very stable. (PR is 93ish)

    I used 115# PC/20″ box/PU were decent
    Strength:worked up to 120# C&J no PR; I got the 125# clean but not the jerk today.

    Worked up to 160 to tie my PR. Terrible idea.

    Pec is touchy so didnt push it super hard on the jerks. Switched to just cleans after a while. Semi-happy with how it went due to being out for so long… 😬
