    Front squated about 165-170 just couldn’t get the second one (legs are really fatigued)

    Ground to overhead- 115 and then dropped to 105
    20 lb wall balls

    G2OH: 7+3?? I didn’t mark my rounds, but Tanya marked a couple of my rounds, but not all so we did more rounds, but not sure how many! I did 75# and Tanya did 85#

    Smashed myself in the jaw on the ground to overhead once. Was trying to go too fast and didn’t get my head out of the way in time. šŸ˜›
