In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete:
100 Kettlebell Swings (72/53)
400 Meter Run*
100 Barbell Thrusters (45)
400 Meter Run
80 Burpees
400 Meter Run
100 Barbell Thrusters
400 Meter Run
100 Kettlebell Swings
*Both athletes perform the run at the same time.

    Ragnar Trail Training – Brrrrrr! It’s cold out!
    40 min run in the columns (hills are awesome😜)
    3 miles (ran 1 / walked .5 due to stomach cramp / ran 1.5)

    Not too bad for my first multi mile run in over a year … Mile times are getting faster. Felt ok besides the momentary cramp. Need to find a food that won’t upset my tummy as eggs and half a banana didn’t sit too well, I guess. 😬

    Going to be working hard to get in running shape for this event!😬💪 By April, I will no longer be a turtle🐢🚫… That’s the goal!😉

    Matty P and I with “Little Ben” matching pace as a 3rd. Big Ben would be Ben Johnson.

    Divided swings and thrusters by 10’s
    Burpees divided by 5’s.
    72# swings as rx’d for Matt.
    72# swings for 1st 100 then 30 GHD hip extensions and 20 swings for 2nd 100.
    Hip felt great = win!

    As described 29:23

    Ben 35# swings and thrusters. Combo of runs and rows.
    Luke slid into partner position.
    Ben finished strong with an unbroken run and 15 unbroken swings.
    Not sure the finish time, but I’m sure he got stronger today and that was the goal!
