Happy Saturday!

In teams of 5, with only one teammate allowed per station, AMRAP 30
Station 1 – 300 Meter Row
Station 2 – 30/15 Push-Ups
Station 3 – 30 Box Jump Overs
Station 4 – 30 Goblet Squats

    Partnered with Tanya, Kim, Megan and Amanda
    I started on rest and was 11 goblet squats short of us finishing 4 rounds.
    Push-ups were on point today and feeling good.
    20″ OTBJ
    35# Goblet Squats

    Finished with muscle up work and got THREE PR’s there today!
    Got my first strict MU, got my first MU jumping up to tall rings with no false grip (super harder) and got my first 2 unbroken! Moving focus on to my next skill.

      Great team! Really liked the 5 person wod
      I started on goblet squats. 20# DBs x 1 rd then switched to 20# pink vest other rounds
      pushups not all strict
      BBJO 20″, toughest and took longest. I ended here with 16 reps at time.

    Based on Luke’s finish

    At time team total rep count into next round was:

    Ben: 30 OBJ’s
    Tyler: 20 GS’s
    Me: rest

    I didn’t make it to the gym today so I did some work at home–hang snatch & power snatch practice followed by:
    4 RFT
    0.2 elliptical subbed for row (approx 300m)
    15 push ups
    30 box jump overs (20″)
    30 goblet squats (35# kb)
