    Metcon: either 15:20 or 15:40 – Did terrible, felt even worse.

    SJ 145#…I think this is a PR…I hate SJ…I like two feet together thank you.

    Failed @ 155#…I think if I tried another time I would have gotten it but didn’t want to push my luck.

    Metcon: 12:50 65# thrusters, 3 kipping PUs and 6 RRs each set of PUs. Rode Bike a mile instead of running.

    Worked with Derek (Next Level Sports Therapy) on strengthening up my left knee to stop it from aching when I run.

    Missed the beginning of the 6:30 class, so I decided to hop on a rower to get some work in.

    Rowed 2 Miles
    Mile 1 – 8:11 (pretty good time for me on a rower)
    Mile 2 – 16:54

    Cooled down with 400m
