    Metcon:
    134 (1 + 30 + 14); 15# wb, ring rows (started horizontal, went angled mid-way)
    My “double unders” were *horrible*. I had one of those new ropes that has a tendency to tangle up and I think it was a bit too short. I couldn’t even do singles consistently. So that part of the WOD was definitely a wash.
