    Still nursing a back injury from last week, so I subbed a body weight MetCon to get my 20 minutes of work in…

    PP- 135. First 3rds unbroken, 1rd split 8/7 , next round only did 10, then sat out a round of PP, then did 10 the last round.
    DU – first 3 rounds unbroken after that I was breaking all over the place… It was all pretty much a shit show. I was tired lol.

    20# RKBS (could have went heavier, but core sucks today)
    Strict DB presses due to knee being achy
    (12# 3rds /10# 1rd/8# 3rds)
    All rounds of dubs unbroken & completed in 25 sec👍 (set a personal goal to hit all rounds unbroken… Barely made it the last 2rds)

    Strength- Hit 175 for a single at the buzzer which is a new PR.

    I got a check minus for the wod. Did all my KB swings unbroken at 72#. The rest was down hill.

    53# KB unbroken

    55# strict press rd1 I’m a dummy and forgot it was push press . This bothered shoulder so dropped to the bar for remainder of metcon and did strict ( no pain )

    It was to pretty not to be outside sub dubs for 100 meter runs
