In teams of two, one working at a time:
Row 2000 Meters
50 Power Cleans (155/105)
75 Pull-Ups
100 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
75 Pull-Ups
50 Power Cleans

    Subbed running 1600 for rows. 4x400s
    Dropped down to 135 on second round of PCs. Matt Z. went beast mode as I hit a wall on the second round in power cleans….the man is not human!

    800 m run each(decided not best idea as I was passing the 400 m mark haha)
    PC @55# (split)
    RR (C did 5 extra)
    100 burpee step up (split-started w/jumps but legs are pooped so went to step ups 16′ box)
    RR (I did 5 extra)
    PC (I did ~30 -last 10@35# we had to drop weight down)
    400 m x 2 👟👟😊

    Bbench+abmatJO 20″ (toughest part for me, I just wanted to sit down)

    Rowed 500m at a time
    75# for the power cleans
    Jason did kipping pull-ups (awesome job!), I did ring rows
    20″ box jump overs
    Rinse, repeat

    Almost all reps done in alternating sets of 5

    We ran 400m splits x 2
    I did 95#, Lindsey did 75#
    I did pull-ups, Lindsey did ring rows. She did much more than me on this!
    I did bench jump overs, Lindsey did some bench jump overs and some box step on and over
    I did pull-ups, Lindsey did ring rows. Again, she did more.
    400m splits x 2

    I went to RR in the 2nd set of PU to save arms for 16.1. I did burpee step up/overs.
    105# PC & 1600m runs
