We have 9 rowers and will be running heats of 9 every 20 minutes beginning at 4:20.

    16.4 183 reps Rx’d w/ an 8:42 tiebreak time on the 1st attempt. This will be done after I practice kipping w/ both legs some.

    Had a minute to attempt hspu’s, but didn’t get one. May try again tomorrow. This was a good one! Could barely walk after!

    DLs harder than I expected which rolled over into the wallballs. 2 no reps on WB. Row ok–prob easiest part. 1 no rep hspu–one foot came off wall a sec early–not concentrating enough.
