Run 400 meters
21 Walking Lunges
15 Pull-ups
9 Burpees

If you have a 20-lb. weight vest or body armor, wear it.

    Worked up to a 335# DL before Metcon
    Only time for 4 rounds, had to be on job site in Lexington at 11:30
    First 2 rounds weighted with purple backpack, 18-19# I think
    Last 2 unweighted with all unbroken reps

    4 rounds
    5 kipping pull ups and 10 ring rows per round

    4 rounds
    Ring rows

    35 or 36 min with a heavy ass vest, unbroken Pu except round 6, 14-1.

    Rd 1 black vest for run/lunges only
    Rd 3,5,7 Jennie’s pink backpack for run/lunges only
    Kipping pull-ups
